General transaction terms
1 INTRODUCTION
The purpose of these general transaction terms is to complete a distance purchase contract via a telematics network on the website www.pallefkon.gr of the Pallefkon company.
In any case, the conditions published on the website apply to the customer and are accepted at the time an online order is placed. To be able to make a product purchase through our website, you must be an adult.

Any communication from the Customer related to the purchase of products - including any observation, complaint, request regarding the purchase and delivery of the products, exercise of the right of withdrawal, etc. - should be sent in writing through the appropriate form found in the section of the CONTACT website.
The website is engaged in the retail sale of products, i.e. for the exclusive use of consumers. "Consumer" means any person acting for purposes outside the scope of their trade, business or profession. Non-consumers please do not place orders.

In the event that it is established that a purchase has been made by someone who is not classified as a "consumer", the present general transaction terms will apply, with the exception of the following:
– the buyer will not be recognized with the right of withdrawal
– the buyer will not be able to benefit from the product warranty
– the buyer will not be recognized with other possible protections for the benefit of the consumer provided by law.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL TERMS OF TRANSACTIONS
2.1. The terms stated in the introduction are a supplementary and essential part of this contract.
2.2. By placing an order, the customer declares that he has read all the information provided to him during the purchase process and that he fully accepts the general terms of transactions and payment described below.
2.3 The customer, as soon as he completes the online purchase process, accepts the terms of transactions stated in this contract and the billing of the total stated amount, including shipping costs and any cash on delivery.
2.4 The customer will be able to print out or save electronically these general terms and conditions of transactions. In the e-mail he will receive with the confirmation of his order, there will be a link with the present general trading conditions.

3. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS AND METHOD OF PURCHASE
3.1 The Customer can only purchase the Products available online on the website www.pallefkon.gr at the time of sending the order, as described in the relevant information tabs with their technical characteristics. It is understood that the photograph accompanying the product description tab may not be fully representative of its features and may differ in color, dimension and accessories depicted or may not accurately reflect its quality. All auxiliary information for the purchase is understood as simple informative material of a general nature, which does not refer completely to the actual characteristics of each individual product, which are described in the instruction manual and its packaging.
Sales prices include VAT. and any other prescribed fee. Pallefkon makes every effort to provide high quality services. However, cases of errors in prices and secondary product features cannot be excluded and it cannot be guaranteed that there will be no website outages or "human" errors when updating/listing the price of a product.
For the safety and efficiency of purchases, we invite you, if you find that a product is offered at an unusually low or high price in relation to its market value, before proceeding to order it, contact the Customer Service Department on 2810 220611 or via the form website email address. 
3.2 After placing your order, you will receive an automated e-mail containing the details of your order. After the order has been processed by Pallefkon's online shopping department, you will receive the second and confirmation e-mail sent to the e-mail address indicated by the Customer with the products that will be sent to you. From this point the contract between us is concluded. This message will include the order execution date and time and its number, which should be used in any further communication with Pallefkon.
The order number will be set at the time of order confirmation and is progressive and must be unique.
The message summarizes all the data entered by the Customer, who undertakes to verify their correctness and immediately inform Customer Service of any changes within 3 working days.
3.3 Pallefkon accepts orders for Products in which there is availability. For this reason, the acceptance of the Customer's purchase proposal depends on the availability of these Products in our warehouse as well as the correct, during this period, sale price. Pallefkon undertakes to inform the Customer immediately and in any case within 3 working days of any unforeseen stock shortage or incorrect listed price due to excessive demand or other reason. In this case, Pallefkon is obliged to refund the money that may have been paid for the non-execution of the order, but any right of the Customer for compensation or liability of Pallefkon for any direct or indirect damage caused by this cause is expressly excluded.

4. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS AND DISCLAIMER
The Customer, once he has completed the online purchase, is advised to print and save these general terms and conditions of transactions that he will have read and accepted.
The customer declares that he is an adult, and that the information he provides is correct and true. The customer is prohibited from entering false and/or fabricated and/or fictitious information during the registration process for the execution of this contract and for other updates.
Duplicate registration or input of third party information is expressly prohibited.
The Customer in any case releases Pallefkon from any responsibility, benefit or cost directly or indirectly connected or arising from:
– entering incorrect information or information of third parties
– use of the website www.pallefkon.gr
– use of customer passwords by third parties
– violation of these general trading conditions.

5. METHOD OF PAYMENT
Payment for Products purchased online can be made by credit, debit or prepaid card, bank account deposit and cash on delivery.

6. PRIVACY POLICY
The personal information requested when sending the order is collected and processed exclusively to satisfy the Customer's requests. Pallefkon guarantees its customers full respect of the Law on Personal Data Protection. 

7. GOVERNING LAW
These General Terms and Conditions of Transactions are governed by Greek law and the competent courts for any dispute arising from remote transactions through this website shall be the Courts of Piraeus.
